Mr. SUN Taoyong is the founder of Weimob Inc., and is currently the Chairman of the Board, Executive Director and CEO of the Company. Mr. Sun also serves as the Executive Director and CEO of Weimob Development, Chairman and CEO of Weimob International Inc., and the director of several affiliated companies of Weimob.He is responsible for making the business plans, strategies, overall management and other major decisions of the group. Mr. Sun is also a deputy to the 8th and the 9th Baoshan District People's Congress in Shanghai. Prior to joining our Group, from March 2006 to March 2007, Mr. Fang served as a general sales manager at Hotsales Software Technology Co., Ltd.. From April 2007 to March 2013, Mr. Fang served as a general sales and operations manager at Hotsales Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. YOU Fengchun, co-founder of Weimob Inc., is the Executive Director of the Company and President of Weimob Inc. Mr. You also served as the Chairman and CEO of Weimob Marketing Inc. With extensive experience in strategic investment and marketing practice management, he is mainly responsible for the overall planning and operation of Weimob Marketing. As a senior internet professional and one of the first marketing specialists of smart marketing practice and innovation in mobile internet, he has taken the lead in proposing an integrated solution of "marketing + tools + operations" in the industry to create a closed loop of digital business marketing, which helps merchants achieve efficient, accurate and valuable communication goals, and helps enterprises transform and upgrade toward digital marketing. Mr. HUANG Junwei, is the Chief Technology Officer of our Company. Mr. Huang also serves as the senior vice president and chief technology officer of Weimob Development. Mr. Huang is mainly responsible for overall technological policies, product research and development, and the establishment of technological platforms. Mr. Huang has over 10 years of experience in software product research and development. Prior to joining our Group, from July 2005 to April 2010, Mr. Huang served as an software engineer at Intel Asia and Pacific R&D Ltd.. From May 2010 to October 2010, Mr. Huang served as an software engineer at Google Information Technology（Shanghai）Co., Ltd.. From October 2010 to April 2014, Mr. Huang worked at Baidu（China）Co., Ltd., primarily responsible for product research and development.

Cao Yi

Mr. CAO Yi, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company and one of our joint company secretaries. Mr. Cao has also been the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Weimob Development. Mr. Cao is primarily responsible for the overall financial management, financial matters and strategic development of our Group. He has 15 years of experience in the financial management and accountancy industry. Prior to joining our Group, from August 2003 to June 2010, Mr. Cao served as a manager at KPMG Huazhen (Special General Partnership). From June 2010 to August 2015, he served as a senior finance manager at GE (China) Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for the financial management of GE’s strategic alliance with China XD Electric Co., Ltd. From August 2015 to December 2015, Mr. Cao served as the deputy chief financial officer of SPI Energy Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: SPI), responsible for the financial management of overseas businesses. From December 2015 to July 2016, Mr. Cao served as the finance director of Shenzhen Bincent Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for its overall financial management.

Mr. Fei Leiming, aged 43, is the Chief Human Resources Officer of our Company. Mr. Fei has also served as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Weimob Inc. since January 2017. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the planning and operation of human resources, with over 10 years of experience in human resources and administration. Prior to joining our Group, he worked at Zhongqi Power Technology Co., Ltd. from July 2003 to February 2006, and then served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Alibaba (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. from March 2006 to May 2012, where he was primarily responsible for human resources management. From May 2012 to September 2013, Mr. Fei was the Human Resources Director at Shanghai HongMei E-commerce Co., Ltd., overseeing the overall human resources management. From April 2014 to April 2015, he worked at Suzhou Haowu Information Technology Company Limited, handling human resources and administrative matters. From May 2015 to January 2017, he was employed at Bailian Omni-channel E-commerce Co., Ltd., responsible for the overall planning and human resources management of the Internet business sector.
